An Experience I Just Had
There are people in the world that have the ability to submit the universe into giving them what they want when they want it. There are others that must work hard, be punished, be rewarded, and taught a lesson. I am one of the latter.
A few minutes ago I somehow decided to go upstairs in my building to the vending machine to get some High Fructose Corn Syrup Death. In this instance I was after a 20oz Sprite. So I grabbed a dollar and a dime and headed up. While walking in the hallway I found a dime and picked it up. “My lucky day” I thought as I strolled to the vending machine while thinking something very egotistical in my mind. I loaded my dollar in, then my dime. I pushed the big Sprite button on the machine and the machine replied “Vending” on the digital readout. I waited. I pushed the button again. I waited. I pushed the Mountain Dew button. Waited again. “You Muther F’r” I thought and actually probably said out loud.
I turned back and headed downstairs trying to decide if the fact that the machine ate my money was a sign that I should not have a beverage. Or do I proceed with the action of fighting back which is my normal reaction to a situation like this. Persistence, perseverance, and refusing to give in are natural traits of an Aries. That I am and I hate to lose. So I grabbed another dollar and quarter from my wallet and headed up to the machine for round two.
I inserted the dollar and then the quarter. I decided that I really and instinctively wanted to do the Dew in the first place so I pressed the Mountain Dew button. The machine said “Vending” again and I waited. And waited. And finally the machine cooperated or gave me what I wanted or deserved. The change dispenser kicked out one nickel and one dime. I picked up the change and the Mountain Dew and began heading towards the stairs.
As I was walking a coin fell out of my hands and onto the floor. I looked down and it was the dime. It had fallen almost right where I had found the other dime previously. I went to pick it up, then I had doubt about the decision of action that I was proceeding with. I decided to leave the dime there, where I had found the other.
What does it all mean? I have an idea but still need to reflect on it. The universe tells us things. The problem is how do we perceive those things and finally react?
Thought I’d share.

I’m getting the sense of wash butter off of fingers, don’t allow that caffeine withdraw to go too long and you are susceptible to a conditioned response, but I’m still working on what I think the universe was trying to say to you

The Universe and I hang out regularly. Great to be around. Harmless. Really has great intention. Just an everyday team player. A true magic maker. You would have a lot to talk about with all that Zodiac crap…
